How do you login to youraccount?
*Laptop Login: zmd.nor-land.com.
*Smart Phone Login:m.nor-land.com.
*Use member ID, password (Firsttime login password is the same as member ID).
*When you login for thefirst time, you will be prompted to change your login password and setup yourpayment password.(Password will change to member’s date of birth if the first time login is over 7 days from the date of registration (year-month-date; for example:19901201). )
*Verify Code is randomlygenerated by the system.
How to reset Login Password if password is forgotten?
*click “Password Reset” menu button.
*date of birth and phone number should match with the system record, if not please contact branch office for help.
How to change login password after login?
*click “Password Reset” menu button.
*Password Reset => Login Password Reset => enter Current Password => enter New Password => confirm new password => submit.
How to change Payment Password(current password is available)?
*click “Password Reset” menu button.
*Password Reset => Payment Password Reset => change Payment Password(with current password) => enter Current Password => enter New Password => confirm new password => submit.
How to change Payment Password(forgot current password)?
*Password Reset => Payment Password Reset => change Payment Password(without current password) => enter New Password => enter New Password => confirm new password => click browse and upload files(files should correct) => submit.

*reason will be explained under memo 1 if payment password reset request is rejected. Please do necessary corrections and submit again.
How do you register anew member?
*Go to orders/add newmembers.
*Provide all the informationrequired.
*Submit.

What if I do not have any means of identification?
*Use your phone number asyour ID.
What if my bank is not in the bank list?
*Enter the name of yourbank.
Can I use another bank account other than my own?
*No.
What if I do not have a bank account?
*You can leave thissection blank but you must provide later to receive your bonus.
How do I complete my bank details later?
*Go to E-wallet/cash withdrawal.
*Click on ‘add cashwithdrawal’ (it is located on the top right corner).
*Scroll down and locate‘change bank info’.
Should the PV of the selected products be higher than the memberlevel selected?
*Yes. (Check your PVamount on the bottom right corner).
What if the system indicates an invalid member ID?
*The member already hastwo direct downlines. You can place the new member under any of their downlineswho do not have two direct downlines.
Which delivery center should I choose?
*The delivery center thatyou want to collect your products.
What should I enter the zip-code option?
*If you don’t know yourzip codeenter your phone number.
What is my payment password?
*Your payment password islike your bank PIN. You can pay to activate the member codes from your bonusaccount or spending account with your
paymentpassword.
How do you transfermoney from your E-wallet to others?
*Click E-wallet/TransferRecord/add transfer.
*Enter the amount youwant to pay to the receiver.
*Receiver ID is themembership code of the person who you are paying.
*You can only transferfrom your bonus account and spending account to others’spending account, but spending account cannot be transferred to bonus account.
How do I get paid if Ihave bonus in my bonus account?
*Cash withdrawal/add cashwithdrawal.
*Complete or update yourbank details.
*Enter the amount youwant to be paid and submit.
*Please note: cash withdrawals are charged from 5-10% withholdingtax depending on the tax laws. Your bonus can be used to register new members、upgradeyour membership or buy retail orders without being charged any tax.
How do I upgrade?
*Orders/Upgrade order/Add.
*Choose your products andsubmit.
*Pay from your bonus orspending account.
How do I pick my freeproducts?
*Orders/productvoucher/Add.
*Choose your products andsubmit.
*Make sure your sponsorpoints are enough to pay for the products you have selected.
How do I inform Norlandto credit me after I pay to the company account?
*E-wallet/Paymentrecharge/Add.
*Provide all thenecessary information for the company to identify your payment.
*Your spending accountwill be credited within 24 hours.
What is the referrallink and how can I use it?
*The referral link isyour personal identification link.
*To use your referrallink copy the link or QR code and share it with your prospective members.
*When your prospectivemembers use the link to sign up, they will be placed in the last level of yoursmaller group. You can also ask your prospect to enter the selected placementcode manually.

If I registered in SA, can I sign up down lines and buy productsin other Norland branches?
* You cannot sign up down lines in other Norland branches fromyour own portal. But you can contact the local branch to register the firstperson under you (you need to provide sponsor and placement up line’s membercode) and thereafter you can sign up others from this member’s portal.
* You can only make orders from SA.
* You can register the person from your own country first and applyto transfer membership to other branches.
I registered two people, but why bonuses are not displayed in theweekly bonus column of the E-wallet?
*Norland weekly bonus circle starts from Wednesday and ends on thefollowing Tuesday. Bonus will reflect on “weekly bonus details” page tillFriday and it will be credited to your wallet on the next Wednesday. Systemdoes auto-withdrawal on Sunday if you have not transferred the bonus tospending account if your bonus balance is more than 10 dollars but less than200 dollars.
Why my bonus is missing?
*There should be minimum one transaction in every six monthsto maintain your membership active; otherwise bonus will be cleared by thesystem. Please buy 28PV retail order and contact the customer care to berefunded.
I applied for a withdrawal from my account, but I have notreceived it yet. Why?
*You can withdraw cash from Monday to Sunday, and beforeThursday of the following week, the branch will send money to your bankaccount.Ifyour bank account name is not the same with the member name in the companysystem, or the bank account number is wrong, the company will return the E-walletto your account within 3 days.
How to delete downlines?
* If the member has not been activated, you can delete itdirectly.Theprocess is as follows:
* Step One: Orders/Order List/Delete Order.
* Step Two: Bonus & Network/ Placement Tree/Delete themember.
How to change phone number, name, bank information, etc.?
*You can change the information by yourself within 7 daysfrom the date of member registration.If it is more than7 days, please scan the signed application form and send it to company mail box.At the same time, attach an ID with personal signature (such as passport,driving license, etc.).
How to use repeat account and products voucher account?
* Orders/Repeat Order/Add.
* Orders/Product Voucher/Add.
* Repeat account and products voucher account e-wallet cannotbe transferred out. You can only use it to buy products.
If the upgrade time is over, when will there be a chance toupgrade?
*You can only upgrade during the upgrade time.Atother times, you can only purchase upgrade orders when the company has upgradepromotions. In principle, each member can only enjoy one promotion upgrade.Silver medal and above rank members cannot participate upgrade promotion.
How to change sponsor?
*Only members within one week from the registration date canchange the sponsor.If more than one week after registration,a reasonable reason must be provided, and the company will change it afterevaluation.
I see some of my downline names are red, why?
*Red name means that the member needs to purchase 28 PVretail orders to enjoy the leadership bonus and retail bonus.
What is the minimum value for bonus withdrawal?
*The minimum value is $10 and there is no maximum limit.
